ABOUT ME

Health and fitness have remained a consistent source of reassurance throughout my life. During my childhood, I was never top of the class in Maths, Science or English. When it came to sports, I was however always the fastest at something....

 

During my teen years, I developed anorexia and bulimia. This would remain with me on and off for the next decade.

 

University was a turbulent time. Despite this, I found comfort in exercise. My health, fitness, gym and nutrition experience has developed and specialised significantly in the past 3 years.

 

I qualified as a personal trainer during the summer of 2022. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and I am currently working towards my British Weightlifting Level 1.

 

My aim as a personal trainer is to help people who are lost like I once was, want to reach peak athleticism, lead a happy and healthy lifestyle, learn new impressive skills and establish a routine.

I have competed in the Blenheim Palace Triathlon 2022, Crossfit Open 2023, Turf Games, Rainhill Trails, ATHX and many more.

 

I believe in a sustainable and realistic approach to fitness and nutrition. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a fad. Mental and physical health is at the heart of everything I do and stand for. I want to teach you all I know and have learned during my path of discovery and the extensive hours I have spent conducting research.
